Shared Reading Program
Developed by Gallaudet University, the SRP is designed to teach parents and caregivers how to read to their deaf or hard of hearing child using American Sign Language (ASL)… in order to develop a stronger language base and literacy skills, strengthen caregiver bonds through family engagement, and foster a child’s love for learning!
Summertime Kids Program
Summertime Deaf Kids events are conducted during summer break while kids are out of school to give opportunities for social development and ASL language practice.
